With a diverse background spanning occupational therapy, personal training, therapeutic massage, kinesiology, and functional medicine, I have spent years working with individuals seeking to improve their quality of life, overcome physical limitations, and achieve lasting wellness. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how chronic disease, poor nutrition, inactivity, stress, and lifestyle habits can impact health and independence. I have also witnessed the remarkable improvements that can occur when people are given the right tools, education, and support.
Combining my experiences in Occupational Therapy, Personal Training, and as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Functional Medicine, I take an integrative approach that focuses on addressing the underlying factors that influence health rather than simply managing symptoms.
